25+ years across consumer hardware, industrial design, and operations. Greg owns the
engagement: scoping, schedule, supply chain, and the difficult call to the client when
something needs to move. Previously led product ops for two hardware startups through
to acquisition.

## Dave — Systems & Sovereign Infra
Distributed systems engineer. Dave builds the boring middleware that lets customers
self-host without it being a part-time job for their SRE. Deep on Postgres, Kubernetes,
Cloudflare Workers, edge-first architecture. If the stack has to leave the cloud, Dave
drew the map.

## Tom — AI & Capability Engineering
26 years of enterprise engineering. Now focused on sovereign AI: hyperdimensional
codebooks, on-prem fine-tunes, and the operator tooling that makes an LLM useful for the
actual work. Authored the HDC note codebook and the eigenspec skill.

## Scott — Comms, Mesh, Mobile
Field-grade real-time. WebRTC, BLE mesh, LoRa, React Native. Scott ships comms stacks
that survive parking-lot Wi-Fi, satellite hops, and disaster-relief deployments. If the
device needs to talk to other devices without a server, Scott is writing the protocol.
